How It Works

For Employees

Once your organisation is onboarded, employees receive an email with a booking link that allows them to schedule sessions directly with the coach at times that work for them.

Sessions take place via video call and typically last 45 to 50 minutes. Participation is voluntary, private, and confidential. Employees do not need to go through HR or management to access support.

For Leaders

Leaders receive regular check ins and high-level insights about how the team is doing overall. This may include emerging themes, areas where additional support could help, and practical recommendations.

At no point will leaders or HR know who is using the service or what is discussed. Confidentiality is a core part of how Still Willows LLC operates.

Support for Individuals

While Still Willows LLC focuses on supporting organisations, individual coaching is also available for people seeking personal support outside of a workplace arrangement.

Individual coaching can support:

Individual coaching is non-clinical and subject to the same Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as organisational coaching.
